Increase your strength and flexibility during this session! This class will help to tone muscle memory. Increased flexibility improves posture and range of motion. Learn unique exercises to use on and off the pole, using blocks and bands to deepen your stretch.

12 hour cancellation policy beginning December 27, 2018. If you “Late Cancel” within 12 hours of your scheduled class time you will be charged the full amount of the class. Classes can be rescheduled ONLY 2X. NO SHOWS will NOT be transferred or refunded. Students will not be able to attend classes until the balance due is paid.

Leggings/yoga pants are OK for Pole Intro sessions, Goddess Flow, Booty Boot Camp and TwerkShop. We recommend that you wear shorts and tank/sports bra for Intermediate/Advanced sessions including Beginner Pole Trick Workshop. Students can go barefoot or wear heels. Please bring grip aid for any tricks classes.
Please NO LOTION or oils are to be applied to your skin 24 hours before a pole class OR it must be showered off before class. Also, NO jewelry/rings. This is for your safety and other students who may have to pole share.
